Healing Prayer

Great Spirit of wisdom and mercy,
We ask you to send the Light of protection, Rays of Love
And healing balm to protect us from all evils.
And to help all the healers ministering to mankind.

We ask that our love and thoughts be taken and used
To help all those in need at this time
The sick and the suffering, those struggling to survive
And those who face trials and tribulations

We ask also for the animal kingdom
To aid and help our pets
And also the wild animals who are suffering
Grant mankind the wisdom to understand

We ask for protection for the birds
The animals and the fish who suffer at the hands of man
Teach us to love and respect all life
Grant us the wisdom to heal the damage we do

We ask that where there is war
Let there be peace and tolerance and understanding
Where there is famine there comes relief
Where there is drought and disaster there is aid

Where there is hatred and bigotry
Let there be love and understanding
Where there is sickness let there be healing
Where there is ignorance grant understanding
